You have to work together
The war against meth has many fronts and the best way to defeat or at least slow its advance is through cooperative efforts.

Once statistics and information has been compiled by one or more groups, that data must be distributed to all agencies or individuals who can benefit from it. Once everyone is working from the same material, the chances for a successful anti-meth coalition greatly increase.

Sharing should be like the menu for Thanksgiving dinner at Aunt Tillie's: Pass everything to everybody. Included around the meth table:

  • Community organizers
  • City/county officials
  • Law enforcement
  • Courts/Drug courts
  • State lawmakers
  • Educators
  • Treatment professionals
  • Prevention groups
  • Environmental clean-up professionals
  • The health care community
