IN - The number of meth lab busts in Marshall County has declined from the first four months in 2009 to the first four months in 2010; however, St. Joseph County’s numbers have increased, according to Sgt. "Meth clearinghouse" busted a second time since December
MS - A home on Grierson Street in Moss Point that drug agents raided in December and dubbed a "meth clearing house" was searched again this week and netted 5 more arrests, Lt. Curtis Spiers said Thursday. Spiers, commander of the Narcotic Task Force of Jackson County, said Lincoln Jarrod Hardison, 33, and Charity Ann Mason, 40, were each charged with possession and manufacturing methamphetamine and generating hazardous waste. Both were arrested in December with similar charges and were free on bail Spiers said. "What they had going on is a clearing house," Spiers said. "People would bring Lincoln Hardison their cold pills and other precursors and then he would manufacture meth for them. Since it's a rental house we were unable to seize it, but we are talking to the property owner about how to prevent this in the future."
