Rocky Mountain Regional Center

In the Rocky Mountain Region, about 60% of law enforcement agencies identify methamphetamine as the greatest drug threat. In addition, gangs are distributing the drug in every state in the region.

The National Meth Center established its regional center to assist in the creation of community collaboratives consisting of law enforcement, treatment and prevention specialists and citizens at large to help fight meth.

The region is a diverse collection of major cities, rural communities and Indian territory. The National Meth Center's personnel are aware of the differences and attempt to tailor its programs to each population.
