The situation: Minnesota defies a lot of methamphetamine
trends. The state has seen a steady decline of clandestine labs
which most others have seen increases during the past two years.
Some authorities say about 80% of the state's meth comes from
outside the state. However, Minnesotans apparently are using
meth at a higher rate than many states and that rate is going up
(see charts below)
